报告内容： A design D is a pair where P is a v-set and B is a collection of b k-subsets (called blocks) of P such that each point of P is contained in exactly r blocks and any 2-subset of P is contained in exactly blocks. The numbers are parameters of the design. It is well known that and so . Here let D be symmetric designs, let be flag-transitive. Then, all symmetric designs D with and for are classified.

报告人简历：王亚杰，2016年毕业于华南理工大学基础数学专业，随后就职于华北水利水电大学数学与统计彩票预测 ，从事有限群与组合数学的研究工作，在JAA，BIMC，EJC，DM等杂志发表多篇学术论文。
